Homemade Applesauce

Ingredients:
- Mix of apples (at least 3-4 pecks for decent yield)
- Cinnamon
- Sweetener (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash, core, and quarter apples
- Place apples into large pot with 1/2 cup of water and put over medium heat
- Boil apples down until soft and falling apart.
- Remove from heat
- Run contents of the pot through a food mill
- Let milled apple sauce cool completely
- Season with cinnamon and sweeten as necessary
- Separate into storage containers and freeze until ready to eat.
